Rei-Ana joined CASL in August 2016. She is a qualified Chartered Secretary and a graduate member of the Corporate Governance Institute UK. In addition, Rei-Ana holds a Bachelors degree in Business Adminsitration from Acadia University and a Masters of Law in Corporate Governance from the University of Law. She has over 10 years' experience working as a corporate administrator in Bermuda.
