Mr. Mussenden's legal experience in Bermuda has seen him transition from Crown Counsel in the Attorney General's chambers to Prosecutor in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions to going onto private practice for a few years during which time he was also an Acting Magistrate. More recently Mr. Mussenden served as The Attorney General and Minister of Justice of the Bermuda Government Senate Leader in 2004 after being appointed as a Government Senator in 2003.
Larry Mussenden is very active in the local community. He retired from The Bermuda Regiment after 16 years of service having reached the rank of Major, appointed as Second-In-Command. He is the current President of the Bermuda Footbal Association and is also the newly appointed Chairman of the Bermuda College Board of Governors. |
