Cratonia joined ASW in March 2014. She began her legal career at Cox Hallett Wilkinson, where she qualified as a Barrister and Attorney in 2010. There she specialized in contractual disputes, employment disputes, personal injury and debt collection, and advised on commercial and residential property transactions, estate planning and the administration of estates.
Since being employed with ASW, Cratonia has gained a wealth of experience in general civil and commercial litigation, and arbitration. She now specializes in landlord & tenant disputes, contentious trust actions, maritime claims, re(insurance) disputes and insolvency. Cratonia has appeared in the Magistrates’ Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, and is skilled in advocacy, case management and legal drafting.
Cratonia is an attentive and approachable associate. In addition to her litigation practice, Cratonia is building a strong private client practice, specializing in wills, estate planning and the administration of estates.
Cratonia has served on the Bermuda Hospitals Board, where she was a member of the Audit & Finance Committee, the Human Resources Committee and the Disciplinary Panel. She is presently a member of the Bermuda Dental Board, and the Constitutional and Bye-law Committee of the Bermuda Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists.
